Currently employed at Screwfix, my job roles include managing stock levels and ensuring store standards are maintained, as well as providing customers with the correct products and adequate alternatives if what they have requested is not available. Working as a team is also essential in this job role due to peak times requiring all abled bodies to coherently work effectively.
 

Nine Telecom - Customer Experience Advisor - February 2015 – Sep 2015
A Company that is based purely on their communication services to the business sector; Nine Telecom has allowed me to expand on my approach to dealing with a more mature client base. Within this role, through investigation I would collate information about issues that end users had communicated to us and relay a solution to them in a swift and timely manner, so time management was critical in regards to managing customer expectations and not building up a backlog cases. Nine has allowed me to develop new time management, organizational skills and shown me a new way to work within a team environment.


Carphone Warehouse – Sales Advisor - Nov 2014 – Feb 2015

Coming from a phone sales background, it made sense to utilize my existing skillset somewhere else within the mobile retail environment. Carphone offered its fair share of new challenges and learning curves however the core principles remained the same, customer service. Having to continuously adapt to new marketing and contractual agreements meant I had to keep on top of new promotions and offers to provide the customers and the business the best possible deal.
